The new single band AS0860 series of solid state power amplifiers developed on the CTS amplifier platform follows the AS series tradition for compact upgradeable microwave power amplifiers solutions with field proven reliability. Developed to cover the frequency range of 0.8-6.0 GHz in a single band these class A GaN based amplifiers have market leading power density with very linear operating characteristics. Coupled with a low noise power spec of 8 dB makes them ideal multiple applications. The series is currently available in 30, 50, 100 & 200 watt power levels
